NP2F3202 is a high-resolution indirect TOF (Time-of-Flight) 3D image sensor with a resolution of 320×240. It can reach millimeter-level accuracy and features both ambient light suppression and temperature compensation. The chip integrates temperature sensor, modulated light source signal generator, ADC, high-speed clock, MIPI interface and other modules, and adopts the working mode of global exposure, supports high modulation frequency, high frame rate and multi-frequency multi-integration time, which can be applied to 3D face recognition, machine vision, industrial fields, robots and other scenarios.
