NDS03 is a miniature and highly integrated dToF distance sensor. Based on the self-developed high-performance ToF technology of LightMicro, the sensor integrates a single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) pixel array and a control computing unit into a high-performance ToF chip, which can provide accurate ranging information for objects with different reflectivity materials, colors, and textures. It can achieve high-precision ranging of objects within a range of 5m, with high accuracy, small size, low power consumption, and support for multi-target detection. It is suitable for various scenarios such as mobile phones, floor sweepers, AIoT, and smart homes.

•   Equipped with ambient light suppression performance, it can be used both indoors and outdoors

•   Directly output depth information, with good usability

•   Low power consumption, equipped with deep sleep mode

•    Compact size, as small as 4.4 x 2.4 x 1.0mm

•   Support IIC interface

•  Adopting a 940nm VCSEL infrared laser emitter, meeting the requirements of Class 1 for human eye safety (IEC/EN 60825-1:2014)

NDS03

The NDS03 Demo uses the ultra small single point TOF sensor NDS03 (with built-in MCU for distance calculation) from LightMicro Technology. The demo size is only 6.2cm × 4.1cm, and it has the characteristics of high accuracy, fast measurement speed, and detection of four target objects. It can obtain real-time distance information on the client through Type-C interface communication.
